What are your working hours?
Our team is available for cleanings Monday through Wednesday (all day) and Thursday through Sunday (mornings until 3:00 PM).
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No! We bring our own professional-grade supplies and equipment. However, if you have specific products you’d like us to use on special surfaces, we are happy to accommodate.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash, Zelle, Venmo, and all major Credit Cards via Square.
Is there a discount for non-credit card payments?
Yes! We offer a $5 discount on your service if you choose to pay via Cash, Zelle, or Venmo. Please note that credit card payments are subject to standard processing fees.
Do I need to pay upfront?
No, payment is due upon completion of the service. For new clients, we may ask to keep a card on file via Square to secure your booking slot.
Should I tip my cleaner?
While tips are never required, they are always appreciated! 100% of the tip goes directly to the professional cleaning your home.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Most of our clients in Marietta are not home while we work. You can provide us with a door code, a hidden key, or garage access. We are background-checked and fully insured for your peace of mind.
What is your pet policy?
We are pet-friendly! We use safe cleaning products. We only ask that aggressive pets are secured in a separate area for the safety of our team.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the slot to another neighbor in need of cleaning.
What if I’m not satisfied with the service?
Your satisfaction is our priority! If we miss anything, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to fix it at no additional cost.
